Work With Argent Global Network: AGN

Argent Global Network: AGN

AGN home business; Argent Global NetworkArgent Global Network, AGN, yesterday announced major sweeping changes that will soon take place in the now hugely successful online business investment program. Along the same lines, it goes on to give largely valid reasons for the sweeping changes. This article examines these changes.

AGN Management Announce Changes

If there is one thing I would give the AGN management credit for, it is the fact that it tries its utmost best to bring relevant information to the knowledge of affiliates in a timely fashion. More cannot be said regarding this matter.
PLEASE check back periodically for AGN news as we will keep you informed.
At the very heart of all the changes announced by AGN is the company's desire to observe "...regulatory and compliance requirements..." which it believes are all geared and "...done for the betterment of the company". Hear the company:
Due to recent regulatory and compliance requirements...
All these changes will be done for the betterment of the company.
Thank you so very much for your support and continued understandings as we resolve this compliance challenge.
Sources confirm that AGN had last month hired a US attorney to help in its USA compliancy drive. This became necessary because AGN believes if it is compliant to US business laws, it will be more accepted worldwide. It is also noteworthy to mention that of the nearly 300,000 current members, about 3%-5% are based in the USA.

1). Temporary suspension of new USA registrations

The first issue, largely affecting only potential new members (NOT already registered current members) who live in the United States is the temporary suspension of all new registrations in the USA. This action, obviously to avoid any head-on collisions with any United States regulatory body, is a smart move by AGN meant to avoid legal pitfalls as it grows larger, which previous companies before it had fallen into.
Due to recent regulatory and compliance requirements, Argent Global Network, Ltd. is being advised by general counsel to suspend registration immediately for all citizens and residents of the United States of America. Therefore effect immediately and until further notice, AGN will not be accepting any new US registrations. This is regardless of if you are currently living abroad. We are extremely confident that these compliance challenges will be resolved within 2 to 4 weeks. AGN will continue its operations throughout the world.
Notice that AGN assures that the temporary suspension for USA citizens and residents would indeed be temporary, and goes ahead to give a time frame within which the company expects the legal issues surrounding this matter would be resolved. This temporary suspension does not affect citizens of other countries.

2). AGN Facelift - new recruiting and blogging system

There is also talk about changes in the way AGN will operate in the future - the AGN facelift.
Within the next week AGN will receive a facelift, releasing a new recruiting and blogging system which will add more value to our subscription making it more compliant. Please note, all members must continue to do their daily required ads.
What this part of the announcement means exactly will be revealed in the coming weeks. There has been so much buzz on the meaning of this, with several interpretations, but personally I think we should all wait to see what the company rolls out. As we wait, do NOT forget to continue posting your ads daily. If you forget, you will be penalized.

3). IPayout Discontinued As AGN Launches ArgentPay

In a rare move, very much unheard of in online investment and home-based businesses, AGN is taking a very bold step by launching its own inhouse, home-grown payment system soon which it calls Argent Pay.
Argent Pay, our new international eWallet will soon be ready. Once available, a link will be posted in the back office in the next two days for Argent Pay registration. You will be able to fill out an application for approval.
So guys, expect a link in your Back Office soon to register with the new internal AGN payment system, Argent Pay. The company approximates all will be ready for affiliates to commence registration with Argent Pay by tomorrow (i.e. 26th July 2014).

Now, notice that with the introduction of Argent Pay, IPayout has effectively been kicked out of the picture. This is because Argent Pay is coming in to totally replace IPayout.
AGN will transition from I-Payout to our Argent Pay eWallet within the week. During this time, you CAN still fund your AGN wallet with I-Payout, however all withdraw requests will be returned to your AGN wallet. We will offer an option for some members to be able to use STP to receive withdraws that were returned to their AGN wallets.
This just about confirms it, doesn't it? Do bear in mind that if your withdrawal request to IPayout was recently cancelled, it is because of this development. No cause for alarm! You can either withdraw to Solid Trust Pay or wait to withdraw to the new Argent Pay eWallet after you must have registered with the new eWallet tomorrow. You can continue to pay into AGN with IPayout.

4) Discontinuation of the free Bonus Package

The free AGN bonus package is to be discontinued as from the 8th of August 2014. AGN announced that the bonus package is no longer to be awarded to new members as from this date. In the company's own words:
"Hello on Friday 8 of August At Midnight eastern standard time we will discontinue offering of the BONUS PACKs that you qualify for with the FREE membership. The Free membership will still be available with a new incentive to be announced on Friday."
Thus, if you sign up into AGN on or after August 8th, you will NOT be receiving a bonus package. Bear this in mind, as we await the "...new incentive..." AGN will be replacing the bonus package with.

The Future of AGN

The future of AGN will be sealed in the coming weeks, if not days.
All these changes will be done for the betterment of the company. AGN strives to provide its members with improved products and services which has been the cornerstone of this strong and rapidly growing company.

PLEASE check back periodically for AGN news as we will keep you informed.
After a careful analysis of the recent announcement and plans by AGN, I have come to the conclusion that the company, aside from trying its best to be transparent to affiliates, also plans to be around for a long time.

Why do I think so? Now consider this - AGN's new internal payment gateway, ArgentPay, is expected to generate an estimated $10 million annually for the company. This is money that will come from fund transfer fees which affiliates have been paying to IPayout. This new stream of income for AGN will be used to support the company further for revenue share (i.e. membership commission payments).

In addition, there are strong speculations from trusted sources that the new blogging platform, which takes over from the current daily classified ad postings, will have ad spaces on it for third party monetization (like Google Adsense or any one of the other ad networks). These ad spaces, sold to third parties, will generate more revenue which the company will also share with affiliates as commission.

Only a company which is concerned about its future well-being and profitability would go about initiating these sort of changes. Added to the fact that actual compensation will not change significantly, it becomes easy to see that the company is honestly concerned about standing right with both the authorities and its affiliates.
